Terms & Conditions

1. Your Booking
At least one adult age 21 or over must be listed on the booking form and occupy the assigned property. We will not accept bookings from persons under the age of 21. The number of people occupying the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy level of the home. The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc reserves the right to terminate occupancy without notice or refund in the case of breach of these conditions. Once a booking has been made, the guest agrees to abide by the house, community, and local legislation rules.

2. Payments/Balance Due
Final payment is due 30 days prior to check in. If payment in full has not been recieved by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Acceptable methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club credit card, up to a 4% surcharge will be charged depending on credit card used; cashiers check, wire transfer, or business/personal check drawn on a US bank account. All funds must be in US dollars.

3. Security Deposit
A $200 cash deposit or valid credit card must be provided prior to or upon arrival. No charges will be made to the credit card except in the event of any excess cleaning costs, breakages or damages to the property. Cash can be accepted upon arrival and can be paid at The Florida Store office located at 17445 U.S. Highway 192. Summerbay Shopping Center, Suite 13, Clermont, FL 34711. Cash deposits will be returned via check which will be mailed to you after your vacation has ended and the house has been inspected (subject to any damages, etc). Costs in excess of this amount will be invoiced and payable in full immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund of any pre-payment. Cancellations received less than 30 days, but more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of any pre-payment. No refund of any kind will be made for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival.

5. No Show/Early Departures
No refund of any kind will be made if guest fails to show for scheduled vacation or for early departures.

6. Check In/Out
Check in time for all accommodations is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. A late checkout may be requested for an additional $75.00, check out after 4:00 PM one night�s stay will be charged. Late check out is subject to availability.

7. Arrival Instructions
All arrivals must check in and register at The Florida Store located at 17445 U.S. Highway 192, Summer Bay Shopping Center, Suite 13, Clermont, FL 34711. Please call 1-800-995-9321 for Sunday arrival instructions, or if arriving after 5 PM.

8. Changes in Reservations
Prior to your arrival only, changes may be made subject to availability and applicable rates.

9. Changes to Accommodation by The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc.
Occasionally it may be necessary to amend your booking for reasons beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative accommodations of a similar or higher standard depending on availability.

10. Departure Cleaning Fees
All bookings less than 5 nights are subject to a departure cleaning fee. 3 Bedroom accommodations: $70.
4 Bedroom accommodations: $75. 5 Bedroom accommodations: $80. 6 Bedroom accommodations: $85.

11. Liability
The guest agrees to hold harmless The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc/floridastorevacationrentals.com and or any associates, affiliates or partners from suit or claims of any kind in reference to damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. The guest also agrees to hold harmless The Florida Store Vacation Rentals, Inc./floridastorevacationrentals.com and or any associates, affiliates or partners from suits or claims of any kind in reference to any and all liabilities due to injuries to occupants, family members, or guests occurring on or about the premises and from any disruption to their vacation through "acts-of-God", force majeure, i.e. civil disturbance, strikes, industrial action, closure of airport, weather conditions or similar events beyond our control, failure of public services such as water, electric, air conditioning, nor for the consequences of the action or omission of persons who may control supply of the main services nor any action taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE ALSO COVERING PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
The Florida Store Vacation Rentals will not be responsible in any way for loss, damage, or injury to any person/persons or belongings as a result of swimming pool use or any other equipment found in or on the premises.
